General Information

For order processing, purchase order numbers are highly recommended.

  • - Orders without a PO number will have one assigned.
  • - Use Notes Section to make special requests, like preferred overnight delivery time (e.g. 8:30am).
  • - Carriers do not offer Priority Overnight in all regions.
  • - Overnight order cut-off time is 3:00pm EST.
  • - Standard Overnight delivery time is by 3pm to most businesses.
  • - Sales tax and freight charges (if applicable) will be applied after order and included on invoice.
  • - Invoice will be available when item(s) ship.
  • - Customer Service hours 9am – 5pm EST, Monday – Friday.
